Where do you ship to?
We ship across Ireland, and we also deliver to the USA, Europe, and beyond.

Do you provide tracking?
Yes, all orders include tracking, and you’ll receive a tracking number link by email once your order is dispatched.

Do you provide an estimated delivery time (ETA)?
Yes, you’ll see an estimated delivery time at checkout, and your tracking link will show updates and an ETA as your parcel moves through the courier network.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on destination and shipping option selected at checkout. Orders within Ireland are typically within 7 working days, while international deliveries may take longer. Your checkout estimate and tracking ETA will provide the most accurate timeline.

My tracking hasn’t updated, should I worry?
Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after dispatch. If there’s no movement after that, contact support@paddyfoot.com and we’ll help.
