What information should I include when contacting support?

Please include your order number, the email used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, photos are very helpful.


Orders

Can I change or cancel my order?
We aim to process orders quickly, so please request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order by emailing support@paddyfoot.com if your order has already been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible, however you can still return eligible items after delivery.

I entered the wrong address, what should I do?
Email support@paddyfoot.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually update it.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No, checkout is quick and you can order as a guest.


Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and other supported options shown at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout systems.


Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where possible.

How do I return an item?
Email support@paddyfoot.com with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send return instructions.

When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and checked, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Most refunds appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Do you refund shipping costs?
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged.


Issues with Orders

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We’re sorry about that. Please email support@paddyfoot.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.

What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact support@paddyfoot.com and we’ll investigate. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.


Kids’ Shoes: Sizing & Care

How do I choose the right shoe size for my child?
We recommend measuring your child’s foot and using the size guide on each product page. If your child is between sizes, it’s often best to size up for growing room.

What shoes are best for first walkers?
First walkers should be lightweight, flexible, and supportive. Look for soft soles, a secure fit, and room for natural movement.

How do I care for children’s shoes?
Wipe clean with a damp cloth and allow to air dry. Avoid direct heat. Care instructions may vary by material and will be listed on the product page where relevant.

Yes, our toys are selected with children’s safety in mind. Always follow the age recommendations listed on the product page and packaging.
